  • As Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our digital marketing strategies, driving high quality and engaged traffic to our websites while growing our brands and maximising revenue. Reporting to the Head of Ecommerce, and owning the paid media channels across our DTC brands, you will devise, execute, optimise and report on the paid marketing activity. This unique opening allows the ideal candidate to work across multiple brands within an in house role and is the perfect opportunity for an established Digital Marketing Manager to step up to their next challenge!

    We’re looking for extensive digital marketing experience with particular focus on PPC, paid social and SEO. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent organisational and project management skills and will be confident leading strategies and managing budgets.

    • Strategic Planning: Developing and executing digital marketing strategies and campaigns which align with our trading calendar and business objectives.

    • Budget Management: Forecast KPI’s and manage budget effectively.

    • Campaign Management & Optimisation: Ensure that all active campaigns are monitored regularly to ensure maximum performance and return on spend.

    • Cross Functional Working: Build and maintain strong working relationships with our brand and marketing teams to liaise with on content briefs and requirements, ensuring our required content is delivered in a timely manner.

    • Reporting and analysis: Reporting on performance metrics, delivering recommendations and actionable insights. Strong analytical skillset to make data driven decisions.

  • Essential Requirements:

    • Minimum 3 years of experience as Digital Marketing Manager or similar/equivalent role.

    • Extensive experience with Google Ads

    • Extensive experience with Meta Ads Manager.

    • Experience with Youtube advertising.

    • Experience with TikTok advertising.

    • Strong knowledge of SEO best practises and optimisation strategies.

    • Proven track record of managing budgets and devising strategy across paid media channels.

    • Proficiency in MS Excel essential.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

    • Agile team player with a proactive approach, capable of effective time management.

    • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

    Desirable Requirements

    • Passion for hair and beauty and knowledge of the industry.

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field preferred but not essential.

    • Experience with Microsoft Bing Ads.

    • Experience with Amazon Ads.

    • Affiliate marketing experience.

    • CRM experience.

    • Ability to compose compelling marketing copy.

    • Image and video editing skills would be a bonus.

  • We are looking for a New Product Development Executive to join our team at the centre of our dynamic organisation. In this role, you will work closely with the other members of the NPD team as well as our chemists, manufacturers, marketing, and operations departments.

    The primary function of this role will be to work on developing new products from concept to launch alongside continuously improving existing products that we manufacture.

    This position provides tremendous opportunities for the right candidate who will join an energetic team working at a rapid pace. The role would suit an enthusiastic and resourceful candidate who is self-motivated and committed to delivering new & innovative products to market.

  • This role will sit within the HR department and will support in maintaining accurate employee records, day to day administration and reporting on behalf of the HR Function.

    • Administrative duties involved in the day to day smooth running of the HR department including general correspondence, including absence process tracking and reporting and ad hoc projects as required.

    • In conjunction with HR & Payroll Assistant, create and issue new starters contracts of employment and onboarding paperwork.

    • Maintain accurate and up to date personnel records.

    • Update and issue organisation charts as required.

    • Support managers with minute taking within employee meetings as required. 

    • Work very closely with the HR & Payroll Assistant to ensure appropriate payroll cover when required.

    • Assist with data cleansing and data accuracy in all HR systems and ensure that all updates/ changes are auditable

    • To collate and run reports/ Management Information, as requested.

    • Recording and monitoring sickness and other types of absence, sickness procedures, collation of medical fit notes.

    • Supporting the business with recruitment with advertising, selection and interviews when required.

    • Supporting HR with the onboarding process, including issuing relevant documentation, tracking completion to ensure that all employees are onboarded correctly.

  • Skills and Experience:

    • Previous experience within an HR team environment

    • Ability to communicate effectively with clear and concise language verbally, and with written correspondence

    • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise own workload and deal with conflicting priorities

    • Ability to deal with sensitive and confidential information with diplomacy and discretion.

    • Ability to respond to queries in a timely manner, ensuring a high attention to detail and accuracy
